Return Policy

At Bee Well CBD, we are always looking to do things right by our customers. That being said, please do not hesitate to contact us directly about your specific incident so we can figure out a solution together.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be 1) unopened, 2) unused, and 3) in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to submit This Form and receipt as proof of purchase.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your account or applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days contingent upon processing time of your original method of payment’s institution’s policy.  

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is late or missing and you are expecting a credit to your account, first check your account again. Sometimes there is a delay on our end. If 3-5 business days have passed and your refund has still not been credited to your account, please contact us.

If your refund is late or missing and you are expecting a refund to your original payment method, first check your account again. Then contact your bank and/or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to the institution’s policy on refunds.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Sale items cannot be refunded, all clearance or sale items are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, Submit This Form.


If the item you are returning or exchanging is damaged or defective through no fault of your own, we will take care of the shipping cost to return your item to us. We will provide a shipping label and instructions upon submission of This Form and approval of return.

If the item is not damaged or defective, and your return or exchange is otherwise accepted, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
