Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After placing your order, you will receive: Order Confirmation Email and

Shipping Notification Email

with your tracking number once your order ships

For any questions, simply reply directly to your Order Confirmation Email.

Your reply will be sent to admin@beewellcbd.info, and our team will assist you there.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

An $8.75 Adult Signature Fee will be added when age verification is required, as mandated by law.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

All claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 30 days by replying to your Order Confirmation Email.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, have defective products, or need help, simply reply to your Order Confirmation Email, which goes directly to admin@beewellcbd.info.

Hardware and device purchases may only be returned if defective and must include photo/video proof.

For additional assistance, you may also call the store at (770) 857-3912.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method and typically process within 2–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What is CBD?

Is it legal to buy CBD and THC here?

Yes — all of our products meet legal standards under federal law, with hemp-derived THC under 0.3% by dry weight. Just check your state laws if you're visiting from out of town.

Will I get high from CBD or THC products?

CBD will not get you high. THC may produce a euphoric or psychoactive effect, depending on the dose and your tolerance. If you're new, we’ll help you find a comfortable starting point.

How do I know which one is right for me?

We’re happy to guide you based on your preferences. Some people prefer non-intoxicating CBD during the day, and low-dose THC for evening use — or blends of both for more balanced effects.
